Think Big act small
Kerry Landrow is a 53 year old and is deeply in love with books. Kerry is a writer and he owns the biggest library in the whole world, which contains about 23 million copies of books including, magazines, dictionaries, World record books and much more.
Kerry had a poor background and couldn’t afford to complete school. He studied till 9th grade in HolyMerit’s High School. Kerry used to save one dollar each day, bit by bit. His parent’s always told him to contribute his savings to buy animals or food, but Kerry wasn’t interested in raising animals or buying food. He could starve a whole day but couldn’t read without reading. After he finished saving, he would go to Old Grandpa’s bookstore and buy a couple of books worth saving for.
After buying his books, he used to hide them under his shirt so that his parents shouldn’t find out about his books and hid in the attic where the collection of his precious books existed. If his mother found out, she would burn all his books and throw him out of the house for being a worthless son who can’t contribute a little amount money for their living. His father used to own a milk factory, where all the milks in the world would be cleaned, packaged and sent of the grocery store to be sold. Due to a robbery his financial situation became a drought. Now Kerry’s father is a milkman who delivers milk around the town on his two wheeled bicycle and his mother sells eggs in the central market.
Despite such misery, and their thunder stricken financial situation, why does Kerry worry about reading novels which won’t ever be a benefit to his family? The answer lies far beyond Kerry’s eyes and brings in his dreams. Kerry has a dream, a dream which he ought to achieve.
Years kept passing and the poverty seemed to have no end. Kerry kept saving a dollar each day and buying books, his attic almost overflowed with books, all sorts, shapes and sizes of books. Kerry posses the most genuine treasure of all which was his writing skill. Kerry started working hard and tough. He created the most brilliant book of all times. The copies sold and became very popular. His luck reached the sky.
From then and on, Kerry became very popular and very rich. Their financial situation was back to normal and everything settled down.
